Interface and support risk management application in London. The candidate will report to technology manager but interface to numerous business partners including Front Office, Middle Office and Risk Management. The candidate will leverage his/her business knowledge as well as technical skills to gather business requirements and rollout technical solutions to business users. The candidate should be sufficient to work alone on data analysis as well as work in a team environment to provide technology solutions. Knowledge of the common project management and business analysis tools is a must. Should be detail oriented with excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
Primary Duties Include:
·         Interface to Desk Heads/Traders/Risk Managers/Middle Office to capture business requirement and provide customer support.
·         Provide data analysis to business users.
·         Manage and document enhancements/changes to the existing applications
·         Interface with the Application Support Development teams in UK, US, Hong Kong, India
·         Interface with development team in US and India
·         Create and manage project plans, list of enhancements and test cases
Skill Set Needed:

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various lines of businesses and support groups within the organization
Understanding of the credit business and Investment Bank industry including the knowledge on both cash and derivative products like bonds, loans, cds, cds indices, etc.
Knowledge of risk metrics and pnl explanations is a must.
Ability to interact with traders and risk managers, understand problems and concisely and precisely communicate solutions
Good knowledge of SQL programming and management of SQL tools and processes.

· Knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project) is a must
· Hands on experience with Agile development is a very nice to have

Experience:

·         3+ years of experience in a financial institution
·         Hands on Business Analysis with SQL knowledge
·         Facilitating capture and analysis of requirements
